Absolutely 10/10 place for dogs! Odin, our Doberman, usually stays here whenever we’re out of town, both for day boarding and longer stays. What we love most is the open boarding setup. No spending the whole day stuck in a kennel. He gets to roam around freely, play, make new friends, and basically have his own little vacation while we’re away. The caretakers are genuinely friendly and caring, and Odin has become especially attached to their head caretaker. That says a lot because Dobermans definitely have opinions about their people! One unexpected bonus is how much more comfortable and friendly Odin has become around other dogs after spending time here. He gets plenty of interaction, exercise, playtime, and comes home happy and properly tired. At this point, I’m not entirely sure who enjoys the vacation more, us or Odin. 😄 Great people, lots of freedom, happy dogs. Easy 10/10 from us and a paws-up from Odin! 🐾

Great cage free boarding. Excellent socializing opportunity for our pup. We trust then to take good care of our pets.

Best Place for your furry babies to have some extra fun while you're out. My kid Joey had the best time at Pets downtown, and really eager to visit again soon. They also host outing events with your pets, birthday or anniversary celebrations. Owner Anita is really sweet and kind. I always get daily regular updates about my Pet's playtime, his meals, and any fun activities during the day. So it makes it very reassuring when you're out of town and worried about your baby. She always treat every pet like her own kid and make sure atmost care is given to everyone. And on top of that they also do a lot of things for the rescues and strays in the area to take care of them. 💙 Can't wait to visit again!

Sorry for late review.. It's the third time now & each time our furbaby Oscar feels so happy at your place.. he just loves this place.. Can't thank you enough for the wonderful care you took of Oscar while we were away. Knowing that our dog was so well cared for each and every day allowed us to really relax and not worry about him while we were on vacation. Just knowing he was in good hands, being well fed and playing with other pets , gave us great peace of mind. It was really a home away from home for all pets over there and we will be recommending your services to all of our friends and family.. Thank you so much..keep the good work on..👍🙏🙏
